Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for removal of the existing roofing material and installation of new roofing materials at the Expo Idaho and Turf Club Buildings located at the Western Idaho Fairgrounds; all as more specifically described in the Project Manual, and as detailed in the specifications and drawings included therein (the “Project”). This Project is being funded by federal monies available to the County through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Specifically, the Project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP3408 awarded to Ada County, Idaho by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
