Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of St. Charles, Missouri is accepting proposals for Holiday Lighting Services. Services are required for the City festivals in the months of October, November and December. The initial contract shall be valid for the 2023 Holiday Festivals, with dates as shown below. The City shall have options to renew for four (4) additional Holiday Festival seasons in 2024 through 2027. The install dates for renewal contracts will be verified with the awarded bidder prior to each Holiday Festival season. The City is requesting a lump sum bid amount on the Bid Form for the initial term and all renewal season. Bidder will be required to provide, install and maintain holiday lights and decorations at various City locations (as shown on attached Maps). This bid shall include all labor, lights, cords, timers, materials, equipment, shop supplies, boom lifts, and traffic control, etc. during installation and removal as necessary. The installation of lights and decorations must be completed and operational in accordance with the schedules listed below for each location. Bidder will be responsible for disposal of all site/project generated debris during installation and removal periods. It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to verify all quantities, sizes, materials, supplies, etc. required for this project.
