Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) is seeking a qualified consultant, or team of consultants, to develop a climate resilience dashboard for the Tahoe Region. The project includes stakeholder engagement to identify relevant metrics, collect data on selected metrics, development of an online dashboard within the Lake Tahoe Info platform, and outreach and promotion of the dashboard. a. Tell the story of climate resilience and measure success (or need for adaptive management) of the Environmental Improvement Program (EIP). b. Accountability to program funders, stakeholders, elected officials, decision makers, and the public. c. Build upon the existing Lake Tahoe Info Sustainability Dashboard to create an updated Climate Resilience Dashboard. d. Connect EIP performance measures, transportation metrics, and Threshold Standards with new climate metrics to tell Tahoe’s story in a cohesive manner. e. Create consistency across multiple programs and jurisdictions including the California ICARP Resilience Metrics, Tahoe-Central Sierra Initiative, Nevada State Climate Strategy. f. Serve as a model for other regions to develop similar resilience dashboards (i.e., Sierra Nevada Conservancy) g. Develop new metrics that can be consistently and easily reported each year.
