Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Maine is seeking responses to provide 4, passenger vans that can each hold 9 passengers, as defined in this document. This document provides instructions for submitting responses, the procedure and criteria by which the Respondent(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the University and the awarded Respondent(s). o Must be a new unit either model year 2022 or 2023 o Van cannot be Red or White o Must have backup camera o Must have hitch receiver o Must have running boards; General Requirements: o The Van shall be delivered fully serviced, tuned up, wheels balanced and ready to go. o Two (2) each sets of keys and key fobs o All steps to assemble the van with the above items are the responsibility of the bidder. O Statement of warranty covering all components purchased except for normal wear items. o Statement of name and address of local Authorized Service Representative. o Provide supporting documentation of the van o Delivery as soon as available;
