Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must make at least one (1) visit per elevator per month to accomplish the periodic tests and maintenance inspections of all equipment as required by all applicable ASME A17 Series safety codes for elevators and other conveyances. The Contractor shall regularly and systematically examine, adjust, clean, lubricate, and when conditions warrant, repair or replace all portions of the vertical transportation equipment including but not limited to machine, motor, generator and controlled parts, worms, gears, thrusts, bearings, commutators, rotating elements, coils, contacts, resistors, magnet frame and other mechanical parts. These replacement parts shall be original manufacturer parts or parts approved by the Boise State Campus Operations Electrical Foreman responsible for elevator maintenance or their supervisor. Contractor shall provide all necessary parts, labor, material, equipment, supplies, etc. to maintain elevators in a fully serviceable condition for the term of the Contract.
