Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Portable Chemical Toilet Services; Services shall be provided during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. Contractor shall check in and out with the CHP on-site contact person or designee upon each service call to provide verification that service has been provided. A. Contractor shall comply with requirements of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) in that a wheelchair accessible portable toilet unit be placed on-site at each location. C. Contractor shall provide two (2) ADA portable chemical toilet units for rental, all necessary chemicals and serving to ensure they are clean and serviceable. One to be placed at the Northbound site and one to be placed at the Southbound site. D. Contractor shall also service one (1) state-owned portable toilet and one (1) state-owned hand wash station. Both are located on the Southbound site. E. Servicing shall be performed three (3) times per week. F. All quotations for additional services not covered under this agreement are to be provided to the state at no cost by Contractor.
