Specifications include, but are not limited to: The HA is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed entities to provide the following services at the housing sites listed herein: Spring and Fall Clean-Up. Includes trash-pickup, leaves, branches, and other debris from under trees, shrubs and grass areas throughout the developments. As directed by the HA, spring cleanup is to occur in late April or before May 13th, and fall cleanup is to occur in late November or by December 9th. Mowing of grass areas to be included in spring and fall cleanup. On-going Mowing and Trimming Services. All turf areas shall be mowed as follows: Twice per month during May (once during spring cleanup) June, July, August, September, and October Once per month during the month of November Additional mowing shall be approved by the HA prior mowing as required The monthly cutting shall consist of removal of loose trash and debris prior to mowing, mowing, raking or sweeping to remove all grass clipping off walkway areas and parking lots and trimming as needed. All trash, debris, clippings, etc. shall be removed from property. The HA reserves the right to choose which specific days and times services are provided at each site, if necessary. Contractor shall comply with all City of Woonsocket, State of Rhode Island and applicable federal laws regarding the application of any herbicide, pesticide or other agent to landscaped areas. Shrub Pruning: Pruning of shrubs on property and disposal of ensuing materials. Once per year between mid-July and mid-August. Shrubs are located at various buildings and around dumpster locations
