Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Gold Run Area Office, the products and services described herein: furnish all supplies (including cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products including 2-ply septic safe toilet paper, minimum of 2 ply paper towels, Kleenex boxed tissue, urinal screens, air fresheners, hand soap, sponges, mop heads, floor polish, floor stripper, buffer pads, comet, toilet seat covers, Windex, toilet bowl brushes, plungers, various size trash can liners, consumables, etc.), materials, tools, equipment (including, but not limited to, vacuums, brooms, buffers, and mops), labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide three (3) days per week Janitorial Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
