Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Spring Independent School District serves nearly 34,000 pre-kindergarten through twelfth-grade students, with in a diverse and growing district located 20 miles north of downtown Houston, extending along the Interstate 45 corridor in an urban area of Harris County that spans 57 square miles. Currently there are 12 administration facilities, 42 campuses that consist of 26 elementary, 9 middle schools, and 7 high schools. Spring ISD seeks to enter into a services contract with one or multiple highly qualified firm(s) to provide Construction Related Professional Services (federally funded) to the District, including but not limited to the following: • Geotechnical Investigation • Construction Material Testing • HVAC Test and Balancing; The District reserves the right to adjust the Scope of Services and completion schedule for services based on the District budget and current District needs.
