Specifications include, but are not limited to: To conduct a thorough appraisal review and analysis of the current valuation methods of agribusiness special purpose properties in the State of Kansas and provide guidance and recommendations to the agency for maintaining, improving, or replacing it. b. Based on the results from item (1a), if it is required by PVD, the vendor would research, develop, prepare, and deliver suggested appraisal guidelines or appraisal guide based on the former method analysis and proposals and in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Kansas law. c. To provide an overview and training to PVD of the suggested guidelines or guide. d. To provide support for PVD for questions or issues on the suggested guidelines or guide.
