Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rio Rancho Utilities Department is soliciting bids for on-call asphalt repairs on City roadways on an on-call basis. The City of Rio Rancho Utilities Department is responsible for maintenance of infrastructure throughout the City which entails street repairs resulting from water service lines & water main lines, manholes, valves, and sewer line repairs. It is the intent of the City to establish a multi-unit price agreement for repairs to streets, parking lots, walkways, and bike paths, which may be required. Unit Pricing shall be established for each bid item and quantities shall be determined on a per project basis as ordered by the City. The City reserves the right to utilize the awarded price agreement for other asphalt repairs needed by other City Departments.
