Specifications include, but are not limited to: The grazing allotment for the property heretofore described shall be on a per head basis. Miller Tract; The SE/4 of section 11; SW/4 and SW/4 SE/4 of Section 12; E/2 NE/4 NE/4 and N/2 NW/4 NE/4 NE/4 of Section 14; and Beg at Northwest corner of Section 13, thence South 1320’, thence East 330’, thence Northeasterly to the Southeast Corner of the W/2 NE/4 NW/4 NW/4, thence North 330’, thence East 660’, thence South 660’, thence East 1980’, North 660’ thence East 330’, thence North330’ thence West to POB; all in Township 32 South, Range 14 East, Montgomery County, Kansas, BEING +/- 420 ACRES. It must be understood by the Permittee that this wildlife area is being developed and maintained for the primary purpose of creating and conserving habitat for native wildlife. In addition to this, it also serves as a public recreation area, including fishing and hunting. Grazing has been determined to be a useful tool in accomplishing these objectives and as such has been modified to suit the Department’s needs. The practices herein described may or may not be indicative of the normal grazing procedures for this area.
