Specifications include, but are not limited to: To conduct a thorough appraisal review and analysis including feedlot industry tutorial information, narrative language, sales, and data used to develop valuation tables, current valuation template used for mass appraisal, and any supplemental documents included with the current PVD Feedlot Appraisal Guide and methodologies for the State of Kansas and provide guidance and recommendations to the agency for maintaining, improving, or replacing it. b. Based on the results from item (1a), if it is required by PVD, the vendor would research, develop, prepare, and deliver a new or updated guide based on the former guide analysis and proposals and in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Kansas law. c. To provide an overview and training to PVD on the new or updated guide. d. To provide support for PVD for questions or issues on the new or updated guide.
