Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Charlestown is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed food and beverage vendors in the State of Rhode Island to provide food and nonalcoholic beverage services including frozen lemonade and ice cream products at Charlestown Town Beach and the Samuel Ferretti Blue Shutters Town Beach for a one-year period during the beach season extending from Memorial Day Weekend starting May 27th full time through September 5th, 2023, seven days per week. Vendors are invited to submit proposals to provide completely mobile vending at Samuel Ferretti Blue Shutters Town Beach and Charlestown Town Beach. No facilities will be provided to the vendor except a suitable and prominent site provided to do business. Two parking spaces will be provided to the vendor on a daily basis.
