Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City and Borough of Juneau (City or CBJ) Finance Department seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct a public outreach process to include surveying, data collection, analysis and reporting. It is the intent of the City to enter into a contract with this successful Proposer to conduct a public outreach process regarding a food sales tax exemption, the impact the exemption will have on tax revenues (including options for replacing lost revenue from the exemption) and the impact of any sales tax changes on living wage. Awarded Consultant will design, implement, market, distribute and collect responses and provide detailed analysis and reporting on data collected as specified.
