Specifications include, but are not limited to:The scope of work will include: identifying and cataloging existing arts and cultural resources in the community, conducting public engagement, facilitating the establishment of goals and priorities for the city to support and enrich arts and cultural assets, developing a framework to better incorporate arts and culture into long-term planning and economic development efforts, and developing a master plan document. The development of Soldotna’s Arts and Culture Master Plan should be guided by input from local stakeholders. The City seeks a responsive and timely partner, advisor, and experienced consultant in arts and culture master planning. The selected consultant will provide consultation, advice and guidance as requested and related to the development and success of this project.
