All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. These services will include: an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Bridge Rehabilitation Design, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking), and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigations, Pavement Design. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services (if necessary).
