Specifications include, but are not limited to: This item includes Construction Contracts R-44499 (Lead DES 2200044) and R-44490 containing DES 2200029. The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Environmental Documentation Preparation, Topographic Survey Data Collection, Design and Plan Development, Utility Coordination, Geotechnical Services, Hydraulics, Pavement Design, Permits, R/W Engineering Services (including Title Research, R/W Engineering, & Staking), Real Estate Services, Construction Phase Services and other services as needed. The selected consultant?s fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
