All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: This item includes Construction Contracts R-44505 (DES 2200518) and R-44506 (2200519). The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Utility Coordination, Hydraulics, Right-of-Way Plan Development, Title Research, Construction Phase Services and other services as needed. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. INDOT will provide Real Estate Services if needed. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
