All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Title Research, Engineering and Staking), Design Plans, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, if these work-types become necessary.
