All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design if required, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Staking, and Title Research, if necessary), Design and Plan Development, and Construction Phase Services. Other services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations,. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services, if needed. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize INDOT`s eInvoice application.
