Specifications include, but are not limited to: establish a purchase order for the procurement of Replacement of HVAC Package Unit including removal of existing equipment, set-up start up and training. The existing air handling unit (AHU-H1) is a variable air volume cooling only unit with multiple air terminal boxes with electric reheat. The air volume is varied with adjustable inlet guide vanes on the supply and return fans. The new replacement unit shall adjust air volume with variable frequency drives on the supply and return fans. See attachments for the existing AHU and Temperature Control Specifications and HVAC schedules. The manufacturer of the new AHU-H1 is to provide their recommended sequence of operation and recommended control instrumentation with bid.
