All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Existing delineators, posts and signs which are necessary to be removed for the completion of this project shall be stored by the contractor and then reinstalled at the existing locations upon completion of this project. Any signs, posts or delineators damaged by the contractor shall be replaced at his expense. This work shall be bid incidental to the other bid items. Construction within all intersections must be performed in such a way that maintains traffic through the intersection at all times unless otherwise approved. Interim pavement markings must be installed after any milling operation removes existing pavement markings. These markings must be installed at the end of each workday to ensure proper delineation and safe navigation of the roadway for the traveling public. All Interim pavement markings must be incidental to the paving items. Contractor shall take care not to damage any existing structures. Any damage caused by contractor to existing structures, expansion joints, or bridge decks shall be repaired at no cost to the WVDOH.
