All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Existing delineators, posts and signs which are necessary to be removed for the completion of this project shall be stored by the contractor and then reinstalled at the existing locations upon completion of this project. Any signs, posts or delineators damaged by the contractor shall be replaced at his expense. This work shall be bid incidental to the other bid items. Construction within all intersections must be performed in such a way that maintains traffic through the intersection at all times unless otherwise approved. A medium mix design shall be used for this project. Estimated ESAL is 1,510,000. All guardrail and end treatments must be MASH certified. All removed guardrail will become property of the contractor and must be removed from the project. All removed guardrail must be replaced by the end of the working day; no gaps in guardrail will be permitted overnight or during weekends.
