All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Existing delineators, posts and signs which are necessary to be removed for the completion of this project shall be stored by the contractor and then reinstalled at the existing locations upon completion of this project. Any signs, posts or delineators damaged by the contractor shall be replaced at his expense. Construction within all intersections must be performed in such a way that maintains traffic through the intersection at all times unless otherwise approved. A medium mix design shall be used for this project. Estimated ESAL is 900,000. All excavated material removed and not reused in the construction of this project will be removed from the project and disposed of at the contractor’s expense through a waste agreement. Bridge approaches shall be milled according to plans and paid for under Item 415005-001. Contractor shall take care not to damage any existing structures. Any damage caused by contractor to existing structures, expansion joints, or bridge decks shall be repaired at no cost to the WVDOH.
