Specifications include, but are not limited to: The maintenance services should include a minor inspection of generators, which includes a two-hour load bank test. This load bank testing will run at 40% for forty minutes, 60% for forty minutes, and 80% for forty minutes. The load bank testing will be completed on all generators annually. CNLV also desires full service maintenance be completed annually. The full service maintenance must include oil and engine coolant to be sampled and tested with reports of those findings supplied to Building Maintenance. All fuel, oil, coolant, and air filters shall be replaced in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended hourly intervals. All other parts and repairs found during inspections and services will be quoted separately at the time of inspection. No work will be completed without written authorization from Building Maintenance. If any of the listed generators are replaced during the term of this contract, or if any additional generators are acquired by CNLV, those generators shall be eligible for services under this agreement.
