Specifications include, but are not limited to: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for Employee Restrooms Remodel Wastewater Treatment Facility Project. This project includes remodeling an existing vestibule and men's restroom at the Wastewater Treatment Administration Building to create a new single user accessible restroom of consisting of a lavatory, water closet, and transfer shower. Work will also include adding laundry connections to an existing storage room. The project includes all common phases of construction customarily associated with this type of project. Please see the lead and asbestos report stating that special construction activities in regards to asbestos and lead will NOT be required.
