Specifications include, but are not limited to: CIHA is accepting proposals from responsible and responsive firms to perform all phases of drain and sewer services for residential single family, duplex, multifamily homes and commercial properties. In accordance with the current adopted International Residential Code (IRC), International Building Code (IBC), International Fuel Gas Code, International Mechanical Code, and the Uniform Plumbing Code including local amendments, the Municipality of Anchorage Building Safety Department and other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction, furnish labor, equipment and material rates to perform drain and sewer tasks as requested by CIHA personnel for both residential and commercial properties that includes, but is not limited to the work described below: • Emergency Drain Services • Emergency Sewer Services • Drain Unclogging • Drain Thawing • Drain Repairs
