SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT
The contractor shall provide preventative and routine maintenance service to all Base Kodiak ownded and operated radio communcations equipment IAW SOW. The contractor must arrange for 2 technicians to visit Kodiak to complete a comprehensive inspection, provide diagnostic and evaluation services and make adjustments to achieve full normal operations. Technical support will be offered around the clock following the visit. Contractor will be selected based on lowest price technically acceptable. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered.
Period of Performance: 26 Sept 2021 - 25 Sept 2022
SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: prior to ordering or procuring materials, submit a copy of the required information to the Contracting Office for approval. Include manufacturer's catalog data, certificates and other evidence indicating compliance with the specifications per submittals requirement of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the government and may constitute grounds for disqualification.
CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of applicatble federal, state, and local construction and environmental regulations, requireemnts, best management practices, and standard operation procedures.
