Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department seeks to engage a Contractor with knowledge of Idaho’s current emergency plans, processes and stakeholders to assist in the implementation and coordination of plans and annexes required by the Centers for Disease and Prevention projects through the following activities under the direction of the Department: Project management Identifying and implementation of a social vulnerability assessment Convening stakeholders Facilitation of plan creation and alignment among stakeholders Documenting decisions and meeting summaries Aligning existing emergency plans among the public health districts and Idaho Office of Emergency Management Delineating the roles and responsibilities of local public health, counties, and state partners in the Treasure Valley and the State of Idaho
