Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair work on three (3) Trane Chillers 1) RTAA Chiller – Model# RTAA090 – SN# U99L03149 • South Chiller – Leak check on circuit #2. • South Chiller circuit #2 is out of refrigerant. It will need pressurized with nitrogen. and trace gas to identify the leak location and then repair. • Repair to include all parts and refrigerant. 2) RTAA Chillers – Model# RTAA090 SN# U99L03149 and U99L03148 • SN# U99L03149 – Shorted condenser fan on circuit #2 with blown line voltage fuse. Circuit #1 is low on refrigerant, leak at saturated temp sensor. Flow switch remains closed when primary pumps are off. Condenser fan 4B2 is shorted to ground and needs replaced. WCF (customer) will provide condensate fan motor for replacement. • SN# U99L03148 – Saturated evaporator and suction temp sensors reading off, sensors will need to be replaced. Condenser coils need cleaned and flow switch needs replaced. 3) RTAA Chiller – Model# RTAA070 – SN# U03009424 • Replaced saturated condenser temp sensor on circuit #2 – it is leaking. • Repair leak on circuit #1 at liquid line to evaporator connection and suction to evaporator connection.
