HHW is defined herein as leftover household products that contain corrosive, toxic, ignitable, or reactive ingredients that require special care for disposal. The City wishes to continue operation of a program for residents to properly dispose of HHW at a centrally located collection center. A Contractor is needed to operate the facility, receive waste from the residents, and package and transport the waste to permitted hazardous waste treatment/disposal facilities.
