Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department is seeking a provider who can offer a qualified single point of contact Facilitator that is motivated to perform facilitation services as needed to the Department. The Department anticipates the need for facilitation services mostly around policy development with stakeholder groups or other committees, on a multitude of different subject matters, on an ongoing basis as the need arises. The DACF central office is located at 18 Elkins Lane, Augusta, Maine and the Facilitator must be able to commute and be on-site at the DACF central office within a reasonable amount of time. Ideally, a Facilitator should be located within 75 miles of the DACF central office. All facilitation services must have the ability to provide both in-person and remote facilitation services as required by the DACF project lead. Travel may be needed throughout Maine.
