Specifications include, but are not limited to: Doña Ana County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Intensive Case Management for adults involved or at risk of involvement in the criminal justice system in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). According to the National Association of Social Workers the goal of case management is to “enhance a client’s purpose and well-being by providing and coordinating high-quality, services, in the most effective and efficient manner possible, for individuals with multiple complex needs. As the County and its partners implement diversion programs, it is evident that case management for adults who are essential to serve is critical to successful program outcomes and an improved quality of life for all residents.
