Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Radiological Labs at the Harry Reid Center at UNLV Maryland Campus require renovation of the existing HVAC system and cosmetic upgrades to the interior space. UNLV is seeking an architect to lead an A/E team to provide complete design services from schematic design through construction documentation for permitting and bidding purposes. This project will be constructed using a CMAR process. The construction management partner will participate in pre-construction services such as, the development of schedules, preparation of construction cost models, packaging of early trade bid packages, field verification of all conditions, etc., to manage the project cost and schedule, review of design, costs, schedules and other aspects, as applicable. The scope will include but is not limited to Code Review; Roof replacement and fall protection; Door & Hardware Replacement; Flooring replacement; holistic replacement of the HVAC system to VAV and Airflow controls; Chiller Replacement, Boiler Replacement; DDC Controls; FA upgrades as required; and Data wire upgrades. The space is approximately 6,000 square feet.
