Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identify all APS accounts eligible for subscription to Community Solar, and determine total annual electricity consumption to be pledged. 2. Identify Community Solar developer(s) who are seeking to include APS’ footprint in their subscriber base as a beneficial element of their proposal(s) to win project awards. 3. Negotiate favorable terms for APS regarding utility bill credit discounts and other conditions for ease of program participation and implementation. 4. Draft and/or otherwise facilitate Community Shared Solar Subscription Agreements (CSSSAs) between APS and the developer(s). 5. Upon project award to developer(s), ensure that APS is included as an off-taker per the terms of the agreement(s). 6. Provide general technical and facilitation support throughout the program roll-out.
