Specifications include, but are not limited to: In general, the Project consists of potentially developing, constructing, operating, and transferring a facility comprising a new public safety accessibility point (“Dispatch Center”), emergency management center (“EOC”), and childcare facility (“Childcare Facilities”). The County currently contemplates that the Project will include: • Estimated 50,000 square foot structure to house the Dispatch Center, the EOC, and Childcare Facilities • Office space and storage space for the EOC and EMA employees • Appropriate structural reinforcement for security and to ensure continual operations/services • Outside storage for emergency vehicles • Utility connection to the structure • Upgrading the site’s current drainage system • A twenty-four seven (24/7) childcare facility that will provide services to the County’s employees, specifically the County’s public safety employees that work less traditional hours • All necessary utility and site improvements to support the Project
