Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock has acquired the commercial property located at 11324 Kanis Road, Little Rock, AR 72211 for a road construction project and desires to have all remaining structures and abandoned property removed and properly disposed of. In the current condition, the property and structures constitute an attractive nuisance and thereby endanger the community and neighborhoods surrounding them. i) For the vendor to be highly professional when conducting business. ii) For the vendor to meet the scheduled timeline of the project and resolve any issues quickly. iii) For the vendor work to limit the amount of damage that may occur to property or personal belonging. In the case of damage to property or personal belonging the vendor is proactive in repairing or replacing the affected items. This project shall include the removal and disposal of designated structures within the construction zone. In general terms, the designated structures include two commercial structures and various debris at the following location: 11324 Kanis Road. 1. These structures have been vacated and all contents abandoned; the contractor shall verify that buildings are unoccupied immediately prior to removal and disposal. 2. All material removed from the site shall become the property of the contractor who shall be responsible for removal and disposal.
