Specifications include, but are not limited to: The chosen firm/person shall perform the work necessary to complete the following Scope of Work, the objective of which is to provide third party review services of financial documentation for development projects. The chosen firm/person will provide this service on behalf of the Windham Planning Board and in consultation with the Community Development Department to review and validate assumptions including but not limited to construction costs, financing, methods, timelines, and anticipated values for the purposes of engaging with Applicants to investigate, recommend, or discuss reasonable workforce housing percentages. 1. Review application material associated with development applications, including but not limited to: application forms, checklists, plans, financial documentation, technical studies, and other items included in the record. 2. Provide the Planning Board with a written analysis of said review indicating whether the Applicant made valid assumptions in their financial documentation. 3. Be available to communicate, attend, and present at meetings with Town staff, the Applicant, the public, and the Windham Planning Board at public meetings and hearings.
