Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Consultant shall provide strategic marking support that meets the following criteria: Assist the Director of Marketing & Communications to further define the organization’s brand identity. Provide a consistent, professional look and feel that compliments the organization’s current brand. Marketing that is informational and accessible that can be easily updated, maintained, and administered by the organization. Anticipated activities include : Conduct an overall project-planning meeting with the Director of Marketing & Communications. Review existing information, data, and assessments to understand existing perceptions and to identify gaps where additional information is needed. Identify issues related to awareness, image, competitive positioning. Conduct an assessment and review of current advertising efforts and brand assets, including SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats) analysis, distinguishing characteristics, positioning, messaging, and creative development. Complete analysis and develop a presentation of findings and recommendations for branding and marketing. Develop a strategic marketing/public relations plan and campaign strategy, including success metrics and a tracking mechanism. Assist with the development of an internal communications and branding guide, including branded templates. Design new creative brand collateral for priority service line marketing materials and messaging targeted to current and potential patients. Conduct a marketing technology stack analysis of tools and propose best platforms to support marketing and advertising efforts through the new marketing strategy. Note: Consultants must plan to accomplish work, such as research, interviews, etc., remotely, through use of technology. Travel is not anticipated for the initial phase of the project. Any successive duties that include an in-person element will be discussed, determined, and documented through contract amendment.
