Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fishers (City) in collaboration with the Fishers Armed Services Commission (FASC) seeks an artist, artist team, or creative company to design a monument or structure to honor the City of Fishers Country and Community Service Awardees. • Design is recommended to be, but not limited to a weather resistant stone. • Design must be able to accommodate plaques and/or engravings of current and future award recipients. • Please provide plaque and engraving design if applicable. • Easily maintained / repaired and projected to withstand outdoor conditions for up to twenty-five (25) years. • The concept reflects / considers the following elements: Community-oriented, patriotic, reflective, educational (also think smart, vibrant and entrepreneurial). • Design should not exceed 20 feet in depth.
