Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department for Children and Families is seeking competitive bids to furnish janitorial services for the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) location at 1509 Avenue P, Dodge City, KS. There is 11,192 sq. ft. comprised of approximately: 8,054 sq. ft. carpet, 1,752 sq. ft. tile; Time of Service: All services shall be performed after regular working hours (5:30 PM) on regular business days and anytime on weekends. The contract is based on service five (5) times per week. All soaps for cleaning, liquid soaps, detergents, waxes, carpet cleaning supplies, and dust cloths are to be provided by the contractor. All such materials are to be approved by the agency representative. The State will provide toilet tissue, paper towels, liquid hand soap, light bulbs, furnace filters, trash can liners and ice melt. All equipment including vacuum sweepers, carpet cleaners, polishers, buffers, brooms, mops, etc. are to be furnished by the contractor. All equipment must be capable of providing high quality, commercial grade janitorial service.
