INTRODUCTION:The Browning Community Hospital is a PHS Indian Hospital which provides healthcare services to the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. Flooring in Corridor 1041, Corridor 1343, Waiting Area 1096, and the suite of rooms known generally as the Women’s Clinic is worn beyond its useful life and requires replacement.
The Billings Area Indian Health Service in Billings, Montana is acquiring construction services in accordance with the attached drawing and specifications associated with Request for Quote (RFQ)-21-006-TRS for flooring replacement at the Blackfeet Community Hospital at the Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana.
The procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts.
This solicitation is 100% Small Business set-aside.
SCOPE OF WORK:
• Remove existing resilient base in areas shown on drawing.
• Remove existing carpet tile in areas shown on drawing.
• Install new LVT (luxury Vinyl Tile) in the Women’s Clinic.
• Install new Carpet Tile in Corridor and Waiting Area.
• Remove and legally dispose of all demolished flooring materials, packaging, and associated construction trash.
