DPW requires replacing the existing HVAC systems with new HVAC systems. The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing Daiken chiller with a Daiken new chiller. The removal and replacement of AHU’s and the removal and replacement of electrical and controls that are associated with the new HVAC equipment. The work shall be performed at building 5764, located at the intersection of Wainwright Dr. 24th St. (Club Hood), Ft. Hood, TX. The anticipated completion date of this construction project is 180 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. Completion is defined as satisfactory completion of all work described in the scope of work and or approved plans and drawings in a timely manner, including other contractual obligations identified as closeout documentation, final testing, inspection, and acceptance.
