Gallons combine total of all ; Bidders must conform to the Department of Health Regulations on limiting sulfur content of fuels and regulations set forth by Mandatory Petroleum Allocation Rules and any other applicable Federal and Rhode Island State regulations and laws. Fuel must also meet the latest version of ASTM D975 or ASTM D396 specifications, whichever is applicable.
