Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.11.1 The Contractor shall supply all men, equipment and materials to complete the work shown on the approved engineering plans. 2.11.2 The Contractor shall obtain all permits required to construct the work including but not limited to a Building Permit, Dust Control & SWPPP and Temporary Discharge Permits. 2.11.3 The Contractor shall cooperate fully with all necessary testing to assure the type and quality of the materials provided to the COUNTY including water quality testing. 2.11.4 The Contractor shall coordinate all sub-contracting activities and work to provide a fully operational facility. 2.11.5 The Contractor shall coordinate and participate in facility, start-up including scheduling of vendor reps. 2.11.6 All project activities shall be performed during the hours of 6:00 am and 5:00 pm on a Monday through Friday basis, excluding County holidays. Any deviations from this schedule must be approved by the Director of Public Works prior to being implemented.
