Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing sports field fencing and lighting, clearing, grubbing, and tree removal, removal of pavements; construction of new ball fields including fencing, dugout covers, sports field lighting (coordinate with City-selected vendor), infields (soil mix base bid and synthetic turf alternate), and sodding; construction of soccer and multi-use field areas; construction of new concessions/restroom building and storage building; construction of new parking areas; site storm water, water, and electrical systems; construction of concrete walking/biking trails; providing and installing site furnishings including bleachers, dugout benches, and bleacher shade covers.
