Twenty-three (23) Targets delivered to: Boise River WMA 13000 East SH-21 Boise, Id 83716. Targets must be made from self-healing, High Density Polyurethane (HDPE) foam, capable of absorbing repeated impacts even after extended periods outside. Foam must be colored all the way through to be resistant to UV degradation. Targets must be capable of being secured to the site to help prevent theft. Targets must be a single piece construction with 0.5-inch electrical conduit built into the support (legs or abdomen of target), which will allow the Target to be padlocked through the conduit to a concrete pad to minimize the risk of theft. Targets must be constructed as a single-piece design to prevent the Target from warping and separating over time.
