Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, is seeking sealed bids for the work as set forth in the attached plans and specifications for construction of the Phase III, Stage II (“zig-zag”) lined expansion landfill at the Four Hills Landfill, 840 West Hollis Street, in Nashua, New Hampshire. The scheduled work includes but is not limited to, site preparation, landfill liner base grade preparation, earthwork to raise grades outside and against the zig-zag liner, installing a double high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic liner system, modifying leachate collection and removal piping, installation stress, strain, and settlement monitoring instrumentation, and constructing storm water control infrastructure.
