Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) seeks a comprehensive third-party mapping platform to enhance the campus experience for our students, faculty and guests, provide greater visibility into accessibility and University resources, and offer customizable tours and wayfinding that can be leveraged for student activities, University events (e.g., commencement) and recruitment purposes (e.g., tours). The solution should be a single management platform that offers administrative control over multi-user roles. This platform should be extensive, offering solutions including, but not limited to the following: • Cloud-based • Mobile-friendly and optimized for mobile devices • Able to integrate data feeds into the platform (e.g., live transit, computer lab availability) • Include internal and external building renderings • Include 360-degree maps/3D renderings, including panoramic options • Allow for on-map/on-platform form integration (e.g., ability to add Slate CRM forms to the maps) • Offer wayfinding • Offer multi-language support for maps and wayfinding • Offer customizable user roles with unlimited user access • Include a real-time publishing option for map updates • Offer the ability to share maps via external URLs • Meet the University's accessibility requirements (e.g., text-only maps) and have a VPAT available
